Psalms 86:2

But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.

That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. trusted: or, hoped In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. being lords over: or, overruling And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away. Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.

And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.

But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes. I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.

And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust. Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.

If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

I am thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.
