Psalms 52:8

The LORD called thy name, A green olive tree, fair, and of goodly fruit: with the noise of a great tumult he hath kindled fire upon it, and the branches of it are broken.

The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; flourishing: Heb. green

But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. wither: Heb. fade

Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon. spread: Heb. go They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon. grow: or, blossom scent: or, memorial Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found.

Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
