Psalms 32:3

I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart.

[To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David.] My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? Aijeleth...: or, the hind of the morning helping...: Heb. my salvation

My skin is black upon me, and my bones are burned with heat.

And they have not cried unto me with their heart, when they howled upon their beds: they assemble themselves for corn and wine, and they rebel against me.

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart. frowardly: Heb. turning away

Also when I cry and shout, he shutteth out my prayer.

For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth. like...: or, (as some read) into smoke My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread. By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin. skin: or, flesh

He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.

And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.

And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
