Proverbs 15:19

Thorns and snares are in the way of the froward: he that doth keep his soul shall be far from them.

The slothful man saith, There is a lion in the way; a lion is in the streets.

The slothful man saith, There is a lion without, I shall be slain in the streets.

And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. but...: or, for he shall be with them

What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.

And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

And shall say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumblingblock out of the way of my people.

Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face. mine...: Heb. those which observe me

They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.

And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land. If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not. defence: Heb. shadow

Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way. The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.

Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. a plain...: Heb. a way of plainness mine...: Heb. those which observe me
