Mark 4:26

Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:

And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: For: or, For that But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good. shall prosper: Heb. shall be right

Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. measures: the word in the Greek is a measure containing about a peck and a half, wanting a little more than a pint

The wicked worketh a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward.

And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;

Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?

Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. husbandry: or, tillage

Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.
