Isaiah 51:13

Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt set it with strange slips:

It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: It is...: or, Him that

Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together. my...: or, the palm of my right hand hath spread out

Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea. waves: Heb. heights

And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment? short: Heb. from near Though his excellency mount up to the heavens, and his head reach unto the clouds; clouds: Heb. cloud Yet he shall perish for ever like his own dung: they which have seen him shall say, Where is he? He shall fly away as a dream, and shall not be found: yea, he shall be chased away as a vision of the night. The eye also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him.

Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? dulcimer: or, singing: Chaldee, symphony

Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified.

They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? opened...: or, did not let his prisoners loose homeward?
