Hebrews 12:11

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. partiality: or, wrangling And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and he that hateth reproof shall die. Correction: or, Instruction

Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. nothing...: Heb. they shall have no stumblingblock

The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.

Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying. for...: or, to his destruction: or, to cause him to die

For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:

But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. little: or, for a little time

For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. after...: or, as seemed good, or, meet to them

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
