1 Chronicles 16:29

Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. the glory...: Heb. the honour of his name in...: or, in his glorious sanctuary

Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. from...: or, more than the womb of the morning: thou shalt have, etc

Also, thou son of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their strength, the joy of their glory, the desire of their eyes, and that whereupon they set their minds, their sons and their daughters, that...: Heb. the lifting up of their soul

Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter thou the people that delight in war. the company...: or, the beasts of the reeds scatter...: or, he scattereth Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.

And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory. one...: Heb. this cried to this the whole...: Heb. his glory is the fulness of the whole earth

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. come...: Heb. prevent his face

O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth. in the...: or, in the glorious sanctuary

I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations. For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds. clouds: or, skies Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;

As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them. set it far...: or, made it unto them an unclean thing

And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints. For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD? God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him. O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?

Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
